Who we are

Bradwell is operated by Devine Media, a sole proprietorship located at 5540 24th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55417. You can reach us at support@devinemediamn.com. In these terms, "we" and "Bradwell" mean Devine Media.

What Bradwell does

Bradwell drafts legal work product from documents you upload. It works only from those documents. It does not search case law, does not connect to any outside legal database, and does not supply authority you did not provide.

Bradwell is not your lawyer

Bradwell is a drafting tool for licensed attorneys. It does not provide legal advice and does not form an attorney-client relationship with anyone. You are responsible for reviewing everything it produces before it reaches a client, a court, or an opposing party. Judgment stays with the attorney.

Your account

You need an account to use Bradwell. Keep your login credentials secure and let us know if you believe someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your documents stay yours

You own the documents you upload and the work product Bradwell generates for you. We claim no ownership of either. We own the Bradwell software itself.

What you agree not to do

Do not upload documents you have no right to upload, use Bradwell to break the law, attempt to access another account's data, or resell access to the service.

Fees

Bradwell is a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

No warranty

Bradwell is provided as is. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Because Bradwell drafts from the sources you give it, the quality of what it produces depends on the quality and completeness of your case file.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Devine Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Bradwell. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Bradwell and close your account at any time by writing to support@devinemediamn.com. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will say so on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use Bradwell after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
